Automatic Bandsaws
At Mainali, we understand that every company has unique production needs. That's why we offer customized solutions tailored to each client. Our automatic band saws are equipped with advanced technology, including electronic control of cutting speed, height regulation, air pressure, and movement of the advance and recoil system. This allows for precise and efficient operation.
Using our band saws are simple and user-friendly. Once the cutting parameters are selected, the operator only needs to load the product and press the start button. Our grippers are designed to ensure maximum yields by securely holding the product during the cutting process. After each slice, the product is carried away from the machine via a conveyor belt that runs at a consistent pace.
Safety is a top priority for us. That's why our band saws incorporate our Quick Protection System (QPS) to eliminate all risk to the operator during production. Additionally, our machines have a cleaning mode that facilitates easy access to all exposed components for thorough sanitation.

Vertical Slicers
Mainali vertical slicers are designed to cut boneless products at a temperature between 0°C and -10°C, depending on the product.
Maximum homogeneity of weight, shape, and thickness thanks to the pneumatic actuators that push the product under constant pressure.

The product loaders are fully customizable in quantity and shape, according to the characteristics of the pieces to be cut.
Splitter and Multisplitter Saw
The SPLITTER and MULTISPLITTER saws with adjustable splitting conveyors are designed for products that require a longitudinal cut.
These are continuous cycle machines, in which the operator introduces the product between the splitting conveyor and the product comes out cut on the other side.
Furthermore, all the bandsaws are under the Mainali quality seal and are sharing the safety mechanisms that avoid any risk for the operator.
Press Machine
The SPLITTER and MULTISPLITTER saws with adjustable splitting conveyors are designed for products that require a longitudinal cut.
These are continuous cycle machines, in which the operator introduces the product between the splitting conveyor and the product comes out cut on the other side.
Depending on the model, the machine can do one or multiple cuts.
